Hogatec is the international trade fair for hotels, food service and institutional catering in Dusseldorf. Exhibitors present their products and services in the segments kitchen technology, institutional catering systems, fast-food technology, technical equipment as well as information and communication technology. Professionals from the hotel, gastronomy and catering industries come to Hogatec to get information on innovations in the hotel-industry. Hogatec is held in conjunction with three thematically related trade shows: InterCool (Frozen Food - Ice Cream - Technology), InterMeat (Meat and Sausage), and InterMopro (Dairy Products).
