It is a wide field from precision mechanics, ultraprecision technology and micro technology through to nano technology. These interdisciplinary technologies are penetrating almost every area of science and engineering, and the boundaries between the disciplines are becoming blurred.
MiNaT, International Trade For Precision Mechanics and Ultra-Precision, Micro and Nano Technologies, will build bridges – between the technologies and between the industries in which these technologies are used: mechanical engineering, motor vehicle construction, pharmaceuticals, food industry, environmental technology, power engineering, aerospace, and many more industries besides.
