Pets and Plants (HTP) is a trade and information show focusing on domestic pets and plant care. It is intended for pet and plant enthusiasts as well as trade professionals.

The key themes of the show include the proper care of domestic pets, expert plant care, information on animal and environmental protection, sales of equipment and supplies for domestic pet and plant care, and gardening equipment. Pets and Plants has been part of the International Green Week (IGW) since 1996.

The independence of HTP as a specialist trade show for the domestic pet business is underscored by its own programme and promotion concept. The objective is to take advantage of the shared location and dates with the IGW and thus attract new trade show visitors for the domestic pet market. The fact that the IGW is not regionally limited results in a larger catchment area for Pets and Plants. Only one ticket is required for admission to both events
