FoodTech Scandinavia has been renowned as Northern Europe’s fastest growing specialist trade fair, covering the entire range of products for all elements of the food industry.
At the latest trade fair, FoodTech was also extended to include equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. This part of the trade fair was titled PharmaTech. The background was obvious: there are a lot of similarities between the two industries, with consistent processes and hence consisted process equipment. The central focus of the trade fair comprises automation and technical processes for the production of foods and pharmaceuticals, as well as work processes and routines intended to ensure high product safety – from raw ingredients to finished, packed and packaged product.
