'Cheese' will feature: The Great Cheese Market will host Italian and International producers, the Slow Food Presidia and some of the cheese makers from the Terra Madre network. The Tasting Booths will once again present regional, provincial or consortium organizations through their cuisine. They will offer visitors the opportunity for refreshment while experiencing aspects of gastronomic culture closely linked to particular local areas. The Great Hall of Cheese and the Enoteca, where visitors and cheese enthusiasts will be captivated by the curious and rare cheeses from around the world, combined with over 1500 wines available for tasting. The House of Blue inside the Great Hall. Here it will be possible to find the best blue cheeses and to taste them combined with an international selection of wines. The Bierplatz here the public can sample the best that the international beer market can offer. Taste Workshop, Dinner Dates and Master of Cheese The Circus-Taste Education where you can learn the secrets of milk and cheese. Cheese for Kids educational activities for children so they can discover the secrets of cheese while having fun. Entertainment, conviviality and discovery of the local area with the Wine Auction at Pollenzo and the Literary and Musical Cafe' in the historic Slow Food courtyard and many surprises.
