New exhibition block was prepared in cooperation with the Association of Automotive Industry of the Slovak Republic, Faculty of Chemistry and Food Technology STU, The Institute of Polymers at Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava and combined activities of Chambers of Commerce of Germany, Italy and France in Slovakia and business departments of Embassies of Great Britain, Austria, and Israel.
In the media field it is necessary to prepare a press conference independently and continuously present selected events in printed media and at exhibitions.
EXPERT ACCOMPANYING PROGRAMME
Compared with the first year the automotive industry issue was expanded by international cooperation meetings in the Business zone – hall B middle. This programme was prepared by Automotive Industry Association of the Slovak Republic. May 16 was a German day; May 17 was an Austrian half-day, followed by Italian and British half-days. The programme will be prepared earlier in advance for the following years and Incheba itself would take part in the negotiations.
IT Conference in Automotive was prepared in cooperation with Automotive Industry Association of the Slovak Republic and with eFocus on May 17.
The last day was dedicated to cooperative meetings with car manufacturers, from which only PSA participated.
The C.S.I.L exhibition found its place on the market in the Automotive segment and CARplast will be more intensively dealt with – international conference in the field of rubber and plastic is being prepared. The next year’s situation will be more favourable because the VA Plastex, Welding, Fintech, Fondex in Brno would not take place as it is being prepared every second year. At the same time we are holding negotiations to include this block of exhibitions together with Autosalon which will be held on April 17.-22., 2007. Three days will be chosen out of this date in order to appeal to targeted segment.
We can conclude that exhibitors, primarily the foreign ones were satisfied and booked their spaces in advance for 2007 /BRD, Israel/. It is necessary to intensify negotiations with company representatives which operate in
