Rimini Fiera turns the spotlight on FIRST-ALTERNATIVE Winter 2008 The expo has a new look and new contents, and its second edition focuses on a Business-to-Fashion format. First-Alternative becomes Fashion Globe: a show dedicated to all the worlds and new trends of Italian men's and ladies’ fashions. Rimini - a vantage point looking east - gives Italian companies the opportunity to boost their brand profile on domestic and international markets, confirming First-Alternative’s role as a trade fair with high business value. In fact, work has been done to favour successful fine-tuned meetings with buyers from the new emerging markets. At First-Alternative, the most innovative trend-setting Italian styles will be ensured real possibilities of expansion in countries in which buyers’ attention is focussed on medium-high quality brands that dedicate considerable time to research. Rimini Fiera offers an exclusive service, meeting the buyers directly in their home countries, guaranteeing careful target selection, offering hospitality during the event and information in real time on the collections being exhibited. It will thus be possible to plan a series of one-to-one meetings with potential buyers directly on the stands during the expo, ensuring exhibitors the certainty of making new qualified contacts. On show, autumn/winter 2008-2009 collections and spring/summer 2008 previews, presented in the expo’s two “universes”: First and Alternative. First is the area reserved for proposals of men’s and ladies’ formal city wear: outer wear and accessories, preview fashion collections and trends in programmed lines, through to full-figure and outsize fashions.
