The program for the 2008 meeting will concentrate on advanced materials for energy applications, power and propulsion. Many of the presentations will emphasize the effects of material structure on properties. In addition, thermodynamic and kinetic considerations for material behaviour will also be emphasized. Both experimental and computational research will be presented.
