India is an attractive market for Printing Industry which is forecast to show strong economic growth going forward. To endeavour the further growth of the Indian digital printing industry and after having successfully '2' consecutive exhibitions on screen & digital printing; FESPA and SI has launched a new digital wide-format printing exhibition, called FESPA Digital Printing India, which will take place in Mumbai at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), December 14-16, 2008. India has the fastest-growing print industry after China; the print market in India is projected to reach Rs 69,315 crore by 2008, a growth of 47.5 percent from 2003. Digital printing is the next step, and something that will complement offset printing rather than replace it.
