The forecast period for the foodservice industry looks bright forIndia as foodservice will continue to grow rapidly both commerciallyand economically. As consumers become increasingly affluent and exposedto other cultures, the cuisines available are likely to be morewidespread, and not just Indian. More foreign brands are likely toemerge over the forecast period, as investments are likely to pour intothis developing industry. To meet this growing demand of the industry, FICCI is setting up a new trade show Annapoorna - World of Food India.
