INTECO, a trade show of long/-standing tradition, features equipment and IT solutions for retail and wholesale, restaurants and hotels. The show underscores the eminent needs for modernization of retail shops, and overall demand for high quality services in hospitality industry and related sectors. The gastronomic market of the new member countries of EU is growing (the year-on-year growth in the Czech Republic is nearly 7%) and with it also the demands for high-quality services. The trend is towards more efficient and high-tech kitchen equipment, modern technologies of food processing, high standard of hygiene and equipment and high-quality services.
