So Fresh is a new event organised by BolognaFiere for the food industry and specifically devoted to fresh foods: fruit and vegetables, meat and fish. So Fresh aims at promoting and making the added value of Made in Italy fresh foods known to national and international HO.RE.CA and retail community, in a targeted and effective way.
