The International Book Fair of Bogota is an important source for
business deals in the publishing field which has been consolidating
itself, since it’s founding in 1988, as the most relevant editorial and
cultural event in Colombia. Every year, the fair gathers a selected
group of book professionals such as: Editors, distributors. book
retailers, printing companies, writers, among others; conforming a
varied commercial showcase for the national and foreign buyers which
mainly come from the Andean Region, Central America, the Caribbean and
