ARTOZYMA – Exhibition for Bakery – Confectionary is organised every two years by HELEXPO, under the auspices of the BAKER’S FEDERATION OF GREECE and with the support of Thessaloniki Bakers’ Union and Thessaloniki Association of Shop Owners – Confectioners.

The success of previous events and increased interest in participation establish the conditions for a larger, better and more commercial event in 2006. Enterprises in the sectors of bakery and confectionary – machinery, equipment, raw materials and products – will have the opportunity for four days (from March 10 to 13) to present their products and services, approach new customers, renew their contacts with existing customers, get informed on competition and market developments.

ARTOZYMA addresses only professionals, such as shop owners and employees in bakeries, patisseries, super markets, restaurants, catering firms, industries – small industries, sector craftsmen, students, trade representatives and importers. HELEXPO has created a broad programme of inviting foreign trade visitors from countries that interest exhibitors.

During the exhibition, the 3rd Bakery – Confectionary Contest will be organised by the Chefs’ Club of Northern Greece; other events will also be organised by various unions.

Furthermore, the 5th COFEE BIZ – the largest coffee exhibition in the Balkans – will be held at the same time as ARTOZYMA.
