For 40 years, the International Federation of Boat Show Organisers (IFBSO) has been dedicated to the recognition and further development of "the world's leading international boat shows".

IFBSO now has 49 members in 27 countries on four continents. Membership includes trade exhibitions as well as boat shows, but restricted to established, professionally-organised events of international stature: whether you are an exhibitor or a visitor, the IFBSO logo is your guarantee of a well-run, cost-effective show.

The Secretariat is based in the UK (for contact details see here), overseen by an international Executive Committee drawn from all members. The current acting President is Bengt Wallin, organiser of the Swedish International Boat Show, Goteborg.
